Cancellation policy

1. SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATION
   If you have purchased a book subscription or recurring product order, you can cancel or pause your subscription at any time. 

   
   

• How to cancel: Log into your customer account, navigate to "My Subscriptions," and click "Cancel." Alternatively, you can email us at [Insert Email Address] at least [Insert Days, e.g., 3] business days before your next billing date. 

  
  
• Charges after cancellation: Once canceled, you will not be charged for the next billing cycle. You will still receive any books or boxes that have already been paid for. 

  
  

1. PRE-ORDER CANCELLATION
   For physical or digital books purchased as a pre-order: 

   
   

• You may cancel your pre-order for a full refund at any time before the official release date or before the product enters the shipping process. 

  
  
• Once a pre-ordered item has been shipped or the digital product link has been generated, the order cannot be canceled but may be subject to our standard Return Policy. 

  
  

1. TRY BEFORE YOU BUY CANCELLATION
   If you participate in our "Try Before You Buy" program: 

   
   

• You may cancel the order at any time before the product is dispatched from our warehouse. 

  
  
• If the item has already been shipped, you are responsible for returning the product within the designated trial period to avoid being charged the full purchase price.
